2-Year Labor Warranty for Installation of Insulated Glass Units

1. Introduction

This warranty is provided by RESIDENTIAL WINDOW SERVICE (the Company) and covers labor for the installation of insulated glass units (IGUs) performed by our trained and certified professionals. This warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. 

2. Warranty Period 

The warranty period begins on the date of installation and lasts for two (2) years. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. 

3. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the Company will provide labor at no charge for the following issues related to the installation of the 

insulated glass unit:


  • Defective Installation: Any issues arising directly from incorrect installation, such as improper sealing, alignment, or fitting, which results in the glass unit not performing as intended. 

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: 


  • Glass Damage: Any damage to the glass unit itself caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to, impact, weather, or vandalism.


  • Routine Maintenance: Regular maintenance or cleaning of the glass unit or its frames.


  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal aging or wear and tear of the insulated glass unit or its components.


  •  Structural Issues: Problems arising from structural issues of the building or installation site that are not related to the workmanship of the installation.

5. Claim Process

To make a claim under this warranty:



  • Inspection: An authorized representative of the Company will inspect the installation to determine if the issue is covered under this warranty.


  • Resolution: If the issue is deemed covered, the Company will arrange for the necessary labor to correct the problem at no charge. 

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of labor for installation only and does not extend to any other damages or costs associated with the defective insulated glass unit or its installation.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, Tulsa County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2-Year Labor Warranty for Installation of Vinyl Window Replacement

1. Introduction

This warranty is provided by RESIDENTIAL WINDOW SERVICE (the Company) and covers labor for the installation of vinyl window replacements performed by our trained and certified professionals. This warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation

2. Warranty Period 

The warranty period begins on the date of installation and lasts for two (2) years. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser

3. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the Company will provide labor at no charge for the following issues related to the installation of the vinyl window replacement:



  • Defective Installation: Any issues arising directly from incorrect installation, such as improper sealing, alignment, or fitting, which results in the window not performing as intended.

This warranty is provided by RESIDENTIAL WINDOW SERVICE (the Company) and covers labor for the installation of glass shower enclosures performed by our trained and certified professionals. This warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation. 

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of installation and lasts for two (2) years. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. 

3. Warranty Coverage 

During the warranty period, the Company will provide labor at no charge for the following issues related to the installation of the glass shower enclosure:


  • Defective Installation: Any issues arising directly from incorrect installation, such as improper sealing, alignment, or fitting, which results in the enclosure not performing as intended. 

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:


Glass or Hardware Damage: Any damage to the glass panels, hinges, handles, or other components caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to, impact, water damage, or improper cleaning agents.


Routine Maintenance: Regular maintenance or cleaning of the glass or enclosure hardware.


Natural Wear and Tear: Normal aging, corrosion, or wear of components over time. - Structural Issues: Problems arising from structural issues of the building, walls, or tile surfaces that are not related to the workmanship of the installation.
